Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

We manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and safe for all residents. As we expand, we seek talented individuals to join our team and uphold our high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Summerfield's policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, OSHA, and all applicable laws.
  • Satisfy service requests per work order; perform tasks at convenient times and ensure thorough cleanup.
  • Regularly inspect grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and major equipment; report repairs to the Community Director.
  • Be available for emergency situations; familiar with power, water, and gas turnoffs, fire safety equipment, and emergency contacts.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Instruct staff on proper use and safety procedures.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual preferred but not required.
  • Full-time maintenance experience; familiarity with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems, and appliances.
  • Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and relevant property management software.
  • Pre-employment drug test and background check required.
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; may need to use personal transportation.
Work Hours & Benefits:
  • 40 hours per week with flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Competitive salary: $28.00 - $30.00 hourly.
