Job summary

Fairfield Residential's The Brynn Apartments in Kirkland, WA, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team and keep our communities safe, beautiful, and fully operational.

The role combines hands-on maintenance with leadership responsibilities to ensure resident satisfaction and property preservation, including budgets and safety compliance. An apartment allowance is provided for on-site living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification strongly preferred; must obtain within 90 days of hire if not held.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred; must obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Three or more years hands-on apartment/building maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a team dedicated to keeping our communities safe, beautiful, and fully operational. This role combines hands-on maintenance expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure resident satisfaction and property preservation.

The Maintenance Supervisor at The Brynn Apartments is eligible for a 100% apartment allowance if living on-site.

Property Maintenance

• Oversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property.

What We’re Looking For

Estimated Rate of Pay:
$35.34 - $39.52
This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

100% apartment allowance if living on-site at The Brynn Apartments

* Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price. Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
