Omni One is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shift schedule in the Salt Fork, OH area. The role pays $75,000-$78,000 per year and requires overseeing maintenance staff, improving processes, and driving safety initiatives.

Our client is a top area manufacturer! This a 4 on, 4 off, 12 hour shift schedule. You will work 6p-6a but must be flexible to occasionally switch between days and nights.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Improving processes and optimizing equipment
Leading troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
Leading continuous improvements

Ensuring plant safety
