Omni One is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shift schedule in the Salt Fork, OH area. The role pays $75,000-$78,000 per year and requires overseeing maintenance staff, improving processes, and driving safety initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial maintenance background, leadership experience in manufacturing, and excellent communication skills. A degree is a plus but not required; comprehensive benefits are offered.

• A strong industrial maintenance background (mechanical and electrical aptitude)

• Experience leading maintenance employees in a production or manufacturing type environment (ideally heavy manufacturing)
