Join Kellanova as a Maintenance Supervisor at their Kansas City plant to lead maintenance operations, enhancing equipment reliability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires overseeing technicians, implementing best practices, and ensuring safety compliance on the overnight shift. Ideal candidates will possess a High School Diploma and have prior experience in manufacturing and maintenance.
Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor at our Kansas City, KS, plant! In this role, you’ll collaborate with skilled tradesmen and other leaders across the plant to identify and deliver maintenance programs and processes essential to our plant operations. You will oversee the daily activity and development of multiple technicians while identifying opportunities to produce great food more efficiently and at a low cost. This is a third shift overnight position working 9:30 PM—6:30 AM Monday through Friday and 6:00 PM—6:00 AM every other weekend.

The annual salary range is $72,600 - $95,235, which is based on various factors such as location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
