Job Duties:

• Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics & Electricians in predictive & preventative maintenance and machine repair.
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising maintenance systems, processes, and documentation.
• Ensure maintenance is scheduled timely and coordinate with Production for repairs.
• Develop and track KPIs related to maintenance performance.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for operational issues.
• Train employees on work methods and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, performance, and inventory.
• Report regularly to maintenance management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Two years of related experience including hydraulic systems, 480-volt power, welding, electrical troubleshooting, parts procurement, pneumatic systems.
