We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Forest Park Apartments in Kansas City, MO! Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER!

Kansas City, MO 64117Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks
Responsibilities:
-Ensuring that work orders are being completed and assigned to team members based on priority
-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
-Monthly budget analysis with Property Manager
-Manage and maintain a consistent preventative maintenance program
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed
-Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
-Managing bids and planning major repairs from third party vendors
Requirements:
-HVAC experience required
-EPA certification required
-CPO certification a plus
-High school diploma or equivalent
-2+ years’ experience in the maintenance field
-1+ year experience within the multi-family housing industry preferred
-Experience managing 1+ employees
-Drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
-Experience with light plumbing and electrical work
-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
-Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
