Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment community in Baytown, TX.

You will lead a maintenance team, respond to service requests, and ensure timely resolution of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with unit turns, and the ability to guide and support a maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required.
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
