Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Kentucky apartment community. The role emphasizes timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring units are market ready.

You will oversee on-site repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance, coordinate with residents, and uphold safety and quality standards. This full-time role requires EPA HVAC certification and 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of onsite property maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, appliances.
• EPA HVAC certification required.
• Valid identification required.
• Full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests promptly.
• Paint and maintain grounds and common areas.
• Perform painting tasks as needed.
• Repair issues in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

Tarantino Properties is seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!

The ideal candidate is a skilled professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining the highest standards for our apartment community.

Responsibilities:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Paint and pick up grounds
• Painting
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• At least 2 plus of onsite experience
• Property maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, and painting
• Possess valid Identification
• Full-Time Position
• HVAC - EPA required
