Job summary

Conifer Realty is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Highland Park, NJ communities. You will lead maintenance staff, supervise work orders, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering high resident satisfaction.

The role requires HVAC certification, 5+ years of experience, and hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, with on-call availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).

Maintenance Supervisor – Affordable Housing | Highland Park, NJ

Salary: $26.00 - $32.00 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation
