Conifer Realty in Hyde Park, NY is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our affordable housing maintenance team. You’ll supervise repairs, ensure safety compliance, and maintain resident satisfaction through proactive service.

With 5+ years in apartment maintenance, HVAC certification, and experience supervising a crew, you’ll coordinate work orders, budgets, and vendor management, while mentoring staff to uphold Conifer’s high standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).

Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation

When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.
