The ideal candidate has 3+ years of maintenance leadership in metal fabrication/high-mix manufacturing, strong communication and mentoring skills, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Maintenance Leadership experience in industrial manufacturing including metal fabrication/high-mix environments.
• Strong communication, mentoring, training, and accountability to set standards.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and fabrication equipment including shears, mills, gears, motors.
