The role focuses on leading maintenance for an industrial equipment manufacturing plant, driving reliability and uptime while coordinating with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of maintenance leadership in metal fabrication/high-mix manufacturing, strong communication and mentoring skills, and hands-on experience

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of Maintenance Leadership experience within an industrial manufacturing environment, metal fabrication, assembly, engineered‑to‑order, or high‑mix manufacturing environment.
• Leadership skills that include strong communications, problem solving, ability to train employees, mentoring, skills development and holding employees accountable and setting standards
• Industrial equipment maintenance experience including mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, shears, saws, milling machines, gears, motors and related equipment
• Experience troubleshooting & repair of production equipment
• Experience with preventative & predictive maintenance to reduce down time.
• Experience installing and setting up manufacturing equipment.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership skills working with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams
