Overview

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will help residents feel at home in our community by leading the maintenance team in efficiently maintaining their residence. Your strong leadership, attention to detail, and desire to solve problems will be crucial to everyone feeling #HomeAtLast at Timber Hollow Apartments in Fairfield, OH.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and serve as a role model for the standards and behaviors to ensure efficient property maintenance operations.
• Dedicate time to hiring, developing, and providing on‑job and classroom education opportunities to technicians and community care associates.
• Show care and concern for our residents through timely follow‑up and meticulous completion of their apartment service tickets.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Manage the make‑ready and apartment turnover process with attention to detail and timeliness so apartments can be leased and new residents can move in.
• Preserve the beauty and safety of the building through general upkeep, cleanliness, and grounds maintenance.
• Sustain peak efficiency operation levels for all property components.
• Adhere to applicable building, county, and safety codes and standards while running an accident‑free operation.
• Reinforce monthly staffing schedules, ensuring 24/7 emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• EPA certification Type II or Universal is required.
• Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC.
• CPO certification is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
