Job summary

Interfor Corporation seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Grand Forks, BC. You will lead a maintenance crew to keep mill operations safe and efficient, driving reliability and continuous improvement across equipment and processes.

With 3–5 years in industrial maintenance and a background in wood products, you will oversee safety, planning, and budgeting while developing a skilled team in a dynamic, real-world setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in industrial maintenance; wood products and supervision preferred.
• Post-secondary education or journeyman certification is an asset.
• Strong leadership, organizational and safety-minded approach.

What We Offer
