With 3–5 years in industrial maintenance and a background in wood products, you will oversee safety, planning, and budgeting while developing a skilled team in a dynamic, real-world setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in industrial maintenance; wood products and supervision preferred.
• Post-secondary education or journeyman certification is an asset.
• Strong leadership, organizational and safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: supervise the maintenance crew and ensure a safe working environment.
• Operational Efficiency: oversee and optimize maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Quality Assurance: ensure equipment reliability through planning and troubleshooting.
• Personnel Management: manage hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Project Coordination: coordinate maintenance projects and budgets.
