Job summary

Interfor invites students to join as a hands-on, on-site internship in a fast-paced sawmill environment. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced maintenance and operations professionals to gain practical skills and contribute to equipment reliability and process improvement.

The anticipated start is May 2027 with a 4–8 month term. Compensation includes competitive pay and a temporary living allowance to help with relocation to the area.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or diploma in forestry, supply chain, or engineering.
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration with team and other departments.
• Interest in hands-on work in an industrial setting.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
