The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, safety compliance, and customer service. This role works closely with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors, ensuring proper maintenance of the property.
Must be able to move, inspect, operate tools and machinery, and work in various environments, including outdoor weather conditions. Ability to lift objects over 100 lbs. and work overtime, including nights and weekends, for emergencies.
Compensation is based on skills, experience, and certifications, with a range of benefits including insurance, 401K, bonuses, and paid time off. Salary range: $25-$28 per hour.
