As an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance operations, supervise and train technicians, handle work orders, unit turns, HVAC, plumbing, drywall repairs, vendor management, and customer service goals. Your leadership will ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment.
