You will oversee work orders, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination to keep the property in top condition. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in apartment maintenance supervision, with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years apartment maintenance supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry skills.
• Experience managing vendors and maintenance schedules.
