Fairmont Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a renovated garden-style community in Fullerton, CA.

You will oversee work orders, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination to keep the property in top condition. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in apartment maintenance supervision, with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years apartment maintenance supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry skills.
• Experience managing vendors and maintenance schedules.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and workflow.
• Manage unit turns, scheduling, and renovation coordination.
• Prioritize and complete resident work orders efficiently.
• Schedule and supervise vendors and contractors.
• Evaluate vendor recommendations and proposed repairs.
• Perform repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure curb appeal and property safety.
