Job summary

WMFHA, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a four-person team on the 2nd shift. The role focuses on driving preventive maintenance, improving equipment reliability, and mentoring technicians.

Responsibilities include supervising daily PM activities, troubleshooting PLCs and robotics, and resolving automation-related issues across heavy mechanical systems. The ideal candidate brings strong electrical skills and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supervising maintenance personnel.
• Hands-on, floor-driven leader who drives preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues including PLC programming, robotics, and heavy mechanical systems.
