Job summary

Quality Talent Group client in building automation and industrial technology seeks a maintenance supervisor to oversee mechanical maintenance activities at our Holly Hill, SC facility. You will coordinate inspections, analyze data, and initiate maintenance work orders to keep equipment reliable.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in industrial maintenance or related cement industry, strong communication and leadership skills, and a solid mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5-7 years of equivalent experience.
• 3 - 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or cement industry experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities.
• Systematic inspections of all assigned plant equipment.
• Analysis of data collected and initiate appropriate maintenance work orders.
• Improve plant mechanical and infrastructure equipment.
• Provide technical support for plant activities and the maintenance functions.
