Job summary

BlueWorx is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a manufacturing operation in Oklahoma City. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining production equipment, facility systems, automation, and material-handling equipment while supervising a team of two Maintenance Technicians.

This role requires leading the maintenance team to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, assign work, establish priorities, and coordinate maintenance activities with production

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with industrial production equipment.
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, control panels, or industrial automation.
• HVAC maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with material-handling equipment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and LOTO requirements.
• Ability to work hands-on while effectively leading a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Maintain process and packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot automation, PLCs, sensors, and control systems.
• Maintain HVAC and facility systems.
• Support compressed air, steam, and water systems.
• Coordinate forklift and material-handling equipment maintenance.
• Supervise, train, and develop Maintenance Technicians.
• Assign daily work and establish maintenance priorities.
• Maintain and improve preventive maintenance programs.
• Track work orders, equipment history, and spare-parts inventory.
• Perform root-cause troubleshooting on recurring equipment problems.
• Coordinate outside contractors and specialized repairs.
• Follow OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and facility safety requirements.

BlueWorx is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a manufacturing operation in Oklahoma City. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for maintaining production equipment, facility systems, automation, and material-handling equipment while supervising a team of two Maintenance Technicians.

Position Overview

This is not a desk-only supervisory role. The Maintenance Supervisor will work directly alongside the maintenance team to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment while also assigning work, establishing priorities, developing technicians, and coordinating maintenance activities with production leadership.
