Job summary

ManpowerGroup has a manufacturing client in Denver, CO seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for night shift (6pm–6am). The role focuses on overseeing maintenance operations, analyzing issues, and leveraging CMMS data to improve KPIs while maintaining a zero-injury safety culture.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing, strong mechanical/electrical/refrigeration knowledge, and solid project management skills. Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office is required.

Our manufacturing client, located in Denver, CO is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Denver, CO

Pay Rate Range: $95,000 - $115,000

Shift: Night Shift 6pm – 6am

What’s the Job?

• Oversees maintenance operations for a commercial food manufacturing company consisting of hourly associates

• Analyzes and solves technical maintenance issues.

• Utilize the CMMS to analyze data, generate reports and implement actions to improve KPIs.

• Leads the achievement of a zero injury workplace by ensuring safe working conditions for associates and compliance with all state and federal regulations on environmental, health and safety issues.

• Manages and develops plant maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime.

• Ensure associates have the tools, resources and capabilities to succeed and deliver on expectations.

What’s Needed?

• Proficient computer software skills: Excel, word, CMMS, email

• 5 or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, refrigeration, electrical and building maintenance.

• Must be highly organized with project management experience

• Must be dependable, flexible and self-motivated.
