The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment while serving as a technical resource for the maintenance team. This role provides leadership through coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members while delivering both reactive and proactive support to manufacturing operations. The position also requires ownership of projects and maintenance initiatives within a facility operating on a continuous production schedule. This role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.
