Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a multi-family residential community. Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff in daily activities including maintenance, installation, repairs, service requests, turns, and cleaning of grounds and common areas.
  • Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, correct unsafe practices, and train staff on handling chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
  • Participate in department or regional meetings and community events; lead safety and team meetings.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Maintain departmental budget; ensure projects and schedules stay within budget.
  • Prepare specifications for major projects, solicit bids, inspect vendor work for quality and compliance.
  • Order maintenance supplies efficiently and cost-effectively, maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
  • Ensure service requests are assigned and completed timely, and make-readies are completed accurately per quality standards.
  • Maintain and update service requests using Yardi Mobile until closure.
  • Troubleshoot and train staff on trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and others for repairs and assessments.
  • Ensure safety practices are followed, train staff, and adhere to OSHA and other regulations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills for large teams.
  • Advanced knowledge in trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.
  • Certifications in HVAC and EPA preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with management, vendors, residents, and team members.
  • Skill in operating hand tools, electrical tools, and small machinery.
  • Basic computer skills (mobile and PC).
  • Valid license may be required.
  • Availability for on-call, emergency, off-hours, and overtime work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
