Responsibilities

1. Maintain a safe, comfortable, and attractive environment.
2. Implement preventative maintenance for major equipment such as HVAC, plumbing, and water systems.
3. Perform repairs and replacements as needed.
4. Oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers.
5. Manage related budgets.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including fire and safety codes.
7. Oversee exterior property maintenance, including landscaping and snow removal.

Qualifications

1. At least five years of experience in institutional maintenance.
2. Preferred experience in long-term care or healthcare industries.
3. Knowledge of Life Safety Code requirements is a plus.
4. Proficiency with technology including computers, email, and mobile devices.
