Requirements

• Dependable attendance is critical as you represent Banyan Living and our property owners
• Reliable transportation to and from work is essential
• Must arrive on time and be ready to effectively lead your team each day
• A friendly, positive attitude is required!
• Flexibility in working hours is necessary, particularly during busy maintenance times
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance preferred
• All candidates will undergo a background check, with employment contingent on the results
