Qualifications

• Highschool degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor / Lead with 5+ years as a Maintenance Technician.
• Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting and refurbishing.
• Familiarity with HVAC system and various appliances required.
• Computer proficiency.
• Must have a valid and active Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading the team.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeep.
• Perform and manage preventive maintenance across the property.
• Supervise staff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and operating expenses.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently.
• Ensure timely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readiness.

• Rate:$38.00 to $43.00/hour
• Location:Albany, NY
• Schedule:Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (with On-call rotation)

As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will:
