Conifer Realty in Albany, NY is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our affordable housing team. You’ll supervise repairs, oversee work orders, and ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction across communities.

You’ll coordinate preventive maintenance, manage budgets and vendors, and partner with the Community Manager on inspections and compliance. Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills are essential, as is a commitment to reliability and responsive on-call coverage.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience with team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.

Maintenance Supervisor – Affordable Housing | Albany, NY

Salary: $30.00 - $33.00 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation

What You’ll Bring As a Maintenance Supervisor

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).

Requirements

Work schedules may include Saturdays, based on property performance needs such as occupancy levels, leasing activity, and rent collections.

When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.

Employees are expected to support leasing efforts, resident engagement, and rent collection activities during scheduled weekend hours.
