Job summary

A hands-on maintenance leader role is available with Adecco Permanent Recruitment in Charleston. The position focuses on safety, equipment reliability, and production performance, building effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

You will lead day-to-day plant maintenance, drive improvements in OEE and uptime, and manage maintenance budgets and spare parts. Collaboration with multiple plant teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience maintaining complex production equipment.
• Technical training or certification in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Safety-focused, collaborative leadership style.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
