Maintenance Supervisor

Mountain Pass, CA

We are currently looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor for our client, one of the world’s leading industrial materials companies whose products are critical to the modern economy and carbon reduction. Their materials are essential to the low-carbon, electrified technologies that power modern life, which you will find in products from electric cars to wind turbines.

What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing maintenance work during each shift (rotating weekly days/nights)
• Handling repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
• Coordinating with contractors on installs and project work
• Tracking work orders and enforcing safety procedures
• Mentoring techs and helping build a strong, reliable crew

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of plant or industrial maintenance experience and 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role. Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, SAP, and safety protocols as well as strong communication skills are key for this role.
