Position Purpose

This safety-sensitive role involves maintaining residential apartments, public spaces, grounds, and equipment. The supervisor will manage staff to ensure adherence to guidelines and high resident satisfaction. The position requires accompanying community office hours to oversee operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Management: Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, caretakers, and groundskeeping staff as delegated by the Community Manager.
2. Property Upkeep: Maintain a neat, clean, and well-maintained property through daily inspections and maintenance procedures.
3. Preventive Maintenance: Implement and document preventive maintenance programs for apartments, public spaces, and equipment.
4. Purchasing & Inventory: Manage parts and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained according to company guidelines.
5. Pool Maintenance (if applicable): Conduct daily chemical inspections and maintenance to comply with city codes and standards.
6. Customer Service: Ensure resident satisfaction and be available for emergency responses as needed.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

1. Education: High school diploma or GED required; certifications in Pool, HVAC, or boilers preferred.
2. Experience: At least three years of maintenance experience in residential property management.
3. Physical & Cognitive: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 110 pounds, and perform physical tasks; capable of driving with a valid license and insurance.

Candidates must pass background checks, drug screens, and physical assessments as applicable.
