About The Maintenance Supervisor Position

We seek a skilled maintenance supervisor responsible for daily maintenance operations, property upkeep, compliance with policies and regulations, and contributing to the property budget. Responsibilities include managing maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and cleanliness, overseeing emergency responses, fostering resident relations, conducting inspections, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Skills And Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, auto insurance.
• Proficiency in English, basic office equipment, and organizational skills.
• Customer service skills, ability to handle difficult situations, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to safety standards.
• Completion of Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity, and Inclusion Training within first 30 days.
