Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead 10-14 maintenance technicians in the greater Toledo, OH area. You will develop schedules, allocate priorities, and ensure progress with final inspections.

The role requires root-cause analysis and coaching for staff, with strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, electrical systems and PLCs. We value industrial safety expertise and a proven leadership record, plus the ability to implement preventative

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance supervision/leadership experience.
• Supervise 10-14 maintenance technicians.
• Develops and maintains schedule and allocates work to employees based on urgency/priority.
• Establishes and maintains an effective preventative maintenance program.
• Performs root-cause analysis to identify causes of machine breakdowns and makes recommendations to fix problem.
• Provides coaching and counseling to direct reports and conducts performance reviews.
• Mechanically inclined with strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic machinery, automation, electronic, electrical and PLC's.
• Sound knowledge of industrial safety procedures.
