Overview

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Maintenance Tech to work in the Delta, OH area. This is a direct hire position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting machine repairs to maintain optimal performance.
• Performing preventative and predictive maintenance checks, which include visual inspections, oiling, and greasing according to the schedule.
• Handling fabrication tasks as needed.
• Working with pneumatics and hydraulics systems to ensure functionality.
• Applying electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Utilizing mechanical experience to maintain and repair equipment.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems to minimize downtime.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support the maintenance team.
