Job summary

Wingate Management Company in Dorchester, MA seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and actively participate in daily repairs and preventive tasks to uphold building standards.

You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance work, schedule tasks, manage vendors, and ensure safety and readiness of units. A valid driver's license and your own hand tools are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Must have own hand tools and driver’s license.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and refurbishing.
• Computer proficiency and ability to manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in maintenance and repair activities while leading the team.

We're hiring within the next 30 days - to be considered!

• Rate: $34.00 to $36.00/hr.
• Location: Dorchester, MA
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (with on-call rotation)

As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will:
