Position Overview
In the last 75 years, The Andersons, Inc. has grown from a single grain elevator to an essential agribusiness with diverse interests in the commodity merchandising, renewables, and plant nutrient industries. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor at our Bliss, ID location.
The Supervisor, Maintenance oversees the installation, repair, and upkeep of facilities and equipment, including machines, mechanical systems, buildings, and other structures. This position supervises a maintenance crew in completing routine maintenance, emergency repairs, installations, and overhauls. It ensures all activities are conducted according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes, and contributes to budgeting and planning to support the site’s business goals and objectives.
