Qualifications

  • 7+ années d'expérience en gestion d'entretien multi-familial.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for personnel decisions regarding hiring, performance management, career development, skills development, compensation, interpersonal conflict resolution, and terminations for 12+ direct or indirect reports
  • Assume accountability for all turnovers, work orders, inventory, vendor management, and groundskeeping
  • Plan, execute, and report on full-building renovations, preventative maintenance, and construction projects
  • Set safety expectations for the team and adhere to company safety standards
  • Complete high-skilled work (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) when possible to lower vendor costs
  • Monitor expenditures and adhere to budget
  • Serve as the liaison between property management and maintenance teams
  • Source and coordinate external contractors, vendors, and suppliers as necessary
Successful Candidate Profile

Work Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Active driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces as well as ascend and descend ladders and staircases
  • Deliver world-class customer service to every tenant despite gender, race, age, or sexual orientation
  • Skills & Qualifications
  • Expertise in two of the following trades: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC
  • 7+ years experience Multi-Family Property Management Maintenance experience
  • 5+ years experience as a supervisor
  • Experience managing scattered-site properties
  • In-depth understanding of maintenance-related fields, apartment unit renovations and rehabs, and vendor/contractor coordination
