Role Description

The Zone Maintenance Supervisor manages zone maintenance activities within assigned facilities, supervises specialists, and coordinates with tenants and other facilities groups.

Hours & Location

Full-time (40 hours), rotating shifts, weekend work required.
Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital, 600 N Wolfe St, Baltimore, MD 21287

Requirements/Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Five years of maintenance or skilled trades construction experience
• High technical knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC, with demonstrated self-management
• Knowledge of engineering operations, planning, design, and equipment installation/inspection
