Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Washington, DC for a Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations of properties, ensuring facilities are in optimal condition. Day-to-day tasks include routine inspections, troubleshooting maintenance issues, supervising maintenance staff, managing repair projects, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising maintenance staff and managing repair projects
• Skilled in routine inspections and troubleshooting maintenance issues
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and contractors efficiently
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software
