Job description

Overview

Ready to lead in a world-class, highly automated manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to drive uptime, reliability, and performance across advanced automated production lines, robotics, and integrated control systems. This is not a reactive maintenance role — we need a technical leader who thrives in automation. You’ll oversee robotics, PLC-controlled equipment, servo systems, vision systems, and complex electromechanical assets while leading a team of skilled technicians in a fast-paced, high-visibility operation supporting critical healthcare and life sciences products.

We’re looking for a strong floor leader — someone who can roll up their sleeves, diagnose complex automation issues, and build accountability and urgency on shift. Experience in highly regulated or precision manufacturing environments (GMP/FDA preferred) is a strong plus.

If you want to lead cutting-edge automation in a global organization that truly impacts lives, this is a career-defining opportunity.
