Forest Creek Apartments in Conroe, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor HVAC to oversee daily maintenance and lead a team. You will handle service requests, troubleshoot A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, and coordinate unit turns to ensure market-ready properties.

The ideal candidate has apartment maintenance experience, strong HVAC knowledge, EPA Certification, and proven leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances and unit turns.
• EPA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
