Hapco Pole Products in Abingdon, VA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities ensuring safe, efficient operation of manufacturing equipment, facilities and utilities. You will supervise maintenance technicians, contractors and vendors, and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

In this role you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and support production goals, reporting to the Manufacturing Engineer Manager.

Responsabilidades

SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment, facilities, and utilities. This position supervises maintenance technicians, contractors and vendors, manages preventive and predictive maintenance programs, minimizes equipment downtime, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to meet production and operational goals. This position reports directly to the Manufacturing Engineer Manager.
