Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Davenport, IA to lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians, assign and prioritize work orders, and ensure safety and productivity targets are met.

You will lead maintenance meetings, manage the PM program, and monitor equipment performance to minimize unplanned downtime and maximize reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and facility maintenance personnel.
• Assign, prioritize, and manage maintenance work order tickets to ensure timely completion and effective resource utilization.
• Hold maintenance team members accountable for productivity, workmanship, attendance, safety compliance, and completion of assigned tasks.
• Lead maintenance meetings to review open work orders and establish priorities based on production needs.
• Create, manage and continuously improve the facility's Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
• Ensure all scheduled preventive maintenance activities are completed on time to maximize equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance metrics and work order completion rates.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs of manufacturing equipment, CNC
