Job summary

Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent for the Auburn, NY property at 92 Clark St. This full-time position runs Monday–Thursday 7:00 am–4:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am–11:00 am, with on-call evenings and weekends.

Reporting to the Property Manager, you will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance to care for Housing Visions residential units. Evening and weekend on-call availability is required.

This Maintenance Superintendent position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am, must be available for on-call for evenings and weekends at our Auburn property located at 92 Clark St. Pay range is $24-$26/hr.

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• General building maintenance and repair functions related to the care and maintenance of Housing Visions residential units
• Occasional night and weekend hours; also must take on call hours.
