Job summary

Housing Visions Unlimited Inc in Lockport, NY is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent for a full-time, on-site role at our 95 Locust St. office. Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 am–4:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am–11:00 am.

You will manage maintenance and upkeep of the property, ensure a safe and organized work environment, order materials, and diagnose/repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, septic, fixtures and appliances.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance of multi-unit property.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Strong organizational skills and safety awareness.

Salary Range: $21.00 To $24.00 Hourly

Housing Visions is growing again and we need great people to join our team! Location would be at our Lockport, NY office located at 95 Locust St. This is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm Friday 7:00am-11:00am. Pay Range is $21-$24/hr.
