Job summary

Interfor is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent in Baxley, Georgia to lead a maintenance team and drive reliability across mill operations. You will champion safety, optimize preventive maintenance, and oversee planning, inventory, and CMMS usage in a dynamic, support-focused environment.

You will shape a culture of continuous improvement, guide projects, and mentor maintenance personnel while collaborating with leadership to reduce costs and improve efficiency in wood products operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of heavy industry experience; wood products and team leadership preferred.
• Post-secondary education or trade certification in related field is an asset.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
