CChelten House Products, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Dept. Inventory Lead to oversee the storeroom and ensure optimal parts availability for maintenance teams. You will manage eMaint CMMS, track parts, and support technicians with timely materials.

The role emphasizes accurate data, cycle counts, and proactive replenishment. This on-site position offers competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CMMS systems, preferably eMaint.
• Strong inventory control and cycle-count experience.
• Familiarity with procurement cycles from requisition to PO reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory data in eMaint, including part numbers and locations.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotes, orders, and timely replenishment.
• Manage parts kitting for maintenance work orders and ensure proper cost allocation.
• Assist technicians by identifying parts and distributing tools as needed.
• Ensure storeroom is clean, safe, and organized per food safety standards.
• Record receipts and update inventory balances in CMMS.
• Tag and shelve parts in designated locations promptly.
